This portable operator console designed for remote control underwater or any other tools and equipment. It is equipped with front chest plate, so operator can wear it outside control room.
It has the best joysticks – no dead band around center position. 1, 2 or 3 axis versions with or without 1(2) buttons are available.
OpCons is a perfect choice for operating small or large vehicles where/when visual control required: on deck operations, launch and recovery, second (co-pilot) or main console station.
Our portable control cases are made out of impact resistant plastic. They are light weight, weather/water proof and ideal for indoor & outdoor applications. Operating temperatures range from – 30°C to +75°C.
Portable control stations are available in three different sizes and are designed to accommodate switches, buttons and varying pilot (joystick) devices.
Each console has an ergonomic design with chest plate allowing the operator to comfortably control required equipment in seat or stand position.
OpCons can be connected to your main operator terminal (computer) by using one of the option:
- Serial link (RS-232/485)
- Ethernet Cat5
- Wireless
Switch buttons (both momentary and ON/OFF) with ring LED clearly indicate user input action. Accepted commands can be indicated, if required, as well.
Case, electronics, joysticks, buttons, LEDs and toggle switches are weather/water proof protected.
OpCons can be supplied with cable in polyurethane or SOOW jacket and pre-terminated connector as per order. Cable length and connector type are specified by client.
